Hi, I’m Adam Arbour.

I’m a Movement & Longevity Strategist based in Hamilton, Ontario. I work with people whose bodies are starting to hold them back — stubborn aches, recurring injuries, or just feeling “older” than they should.

My job is to assess, fix, and optimize how you move so you can keep doing what you love without feeling fragile, stiff, or constantly in recovery mode.

1. Assess

I start by looking at how your whole body moves: joints, posture, breathing, strength, control, and how everything works together in real-life positions (not just lying on a table). We identify what’s actually limiting you — not just where it hurts.

2. Fix

From there, we use a blend of:

  • Targeted mobility and stability work
  • Corrective and strength exercises
  • Hands-on techniques when useful
  • Simple things you can do at home between sessions

The goal: reduce pain, restore motion, and build trust in your body again.

3. Optimize

Once things are moving better, we:

  • Build strength where you need it most
  • Improve how you move under load and in real life
  • Progress you back toward the activities and sports you want to keep doing

This is where you stop just “managing” problems and start feeling like your younger, more athletic self again.

  4. Your Initial Strategy – You leave with a clear, realistic plan: what to do, how often, and what we’ll build toward over the next 4–6 weeks.
